Initial mass registration is ongoing. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals. Requirements for the initial registration are:

o Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal;
o 2009 Community Tax (Cedula);
o Two (2) pieces passport size pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag);
o One (1) piece 1”x1” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag);
o One (1) metered documentary stamp for the Oath Form; and
o Initial Registration Fee of P600.00 and Annual Registration Fee of P450.00 for 2009-2012.
o Photocopy of Birth Certificate (NSO)
o One (1) short Brown Envelope

The Professional Identification Card (PIC) and Certificate of Registration are issued by PRC Central Office after registration.

-Instruct patient to keep the casted limb above the heart level to minimize swelling.

-Monitor for complications: Compartment syndrome, Infection, Swelling and Skin breakdown.

-Handle cast with flats or palms of hands. NO fingertips.

-Don't use lotions, creams and oils. Use alcohol around edge of cast. No powder and no objects should be inserted inside the cast.
